1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Contract
A contract is formed between you and Harry Hunt, trading as Roldy, when we confirm your order by email.
3. Prices
All prices are final prices including applicable taxes. Any additional shipping costs will be clearly displayed before checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is accepted via the available payment methods at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Current delivery time is 5–7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
6. Returns
You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt. A free returns label is included in your package. Once we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
7. Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. Should anything go wrong contact us and we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
